We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us and this is why we offer a 30-day return policy.
What does this means to you?
This means that if you change your mind or if you are dissatisfied with the item for whatever reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. To benefit from this, please follow the procedure outline below:
- You must get in touch with us asap if you intend to return an item, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating which item, the reason for return and if you would like a refund or a replacement. Or as an alternative, please fill in this form.
- We must receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase;
- The returned product must be unused, unworn and its original packaging, with any labels still attached where applicable;?
- We strongly advised you to return the product by recorded delivery as we cannot be liable to any damage/loss occurring during transit.
- You must use the pre-printed Return label provided with your invoice included in your parcel.
We will refund you what you paid for the item + the original delivery costs. We will only refund the return postage cost for defective items.
We cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Gift vouchers/coupons
- Breast pads
In case of electric/electronic device failing to work as expected, please contact first the manufacturer as these products come with a warranty. These include, but are not limited to:
- Baby Monitors
- Food blenders/Mixers
- Cot mobile
- Night lights
- Breast pumps
